Such information may also be disclosed in the public domain since some our responsibilities include the recording
of such information in certain public records.
Right to Access Your Personal Information and Ability to Correct Errors or Request Changes or Deletion
In the event we possess inaccurate information, or you desire to amend or delete certain personal information, we
reserve the right, where permitted by law, to charge a reasonable fee to cover the costs incurred in responding to
such requests. All requests must be made in writing to the address listed on this letterhead.

signature to establish your identity.
